Fire doors

Certified fire doors, correctly installed

A fire door only performs if it's the right specification, correctly installed and properly maintained. We handle the whole lifecycle — survey, supply, installation, inspection and maintenance — so your doors keep escape routes protected and compliant.

One accredited contractor for the full fire door package — from a single door set to a whole building.

  • Fire door survey & specification
  • Supply of certified FD30 & FD60 door sets
  • Installation by trained fitters
  • Fire door inspections
  • Maintenance & remedial repairs
  • Compliant ironmongery, seals & signage
  • Glazing & vision panels
  • Certification & handover documentation

Our process

How we work

A clear, accountable route from the first survey to a certificated handover.

  1. 01

    Site survey

We assess the condition on site — doors, compartment lines and service penetrations — and the work involved.

  2. 02

    Specification & quote

A clear, written scope of works and a no-obligation, itemised quote. No surprises on the day.

  3. 03

    Installation & remediation

Carried out to recognised standards by our trained team, planned around live, occupied buildings.

  4. 04

    Handover & certification

Photographed records and the certification trail the responsible person needs for compliance.

What you receive

A complete certification trail

Every fire door job leaves you with the documentation a responsible person needs to evidence compliance.

  • Certified door sets with traceable certification
  • FIRAS certificate of installation, where applicable
  • A photographic record of the installation
  • A schedule of the works completed
  • Inspection & maintenance records
  • Documentation for your compliance file

Standards & duties

Installed and inspected to recognised standards

Our fire door work is FIRAS-certificated and aligned with current guidance — including BS 8214 for installation and BS 476-22 / BS EN 1634-1 fire-resistance testing. Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Building Safety Act 2022, the responsible person must keep fire doors fit for purpose and maintained — our documented, certificated work gives you the evidence to demonstrate that.
